BSc(Hons) Construction Management MSc Building Surveying

With over 40 years’ experience within the construction industry Stephen originally studied as a Clerk of Works working with local government, housing associations and private practice. In 2000 at the same time as graduating as a part time student in Construction Management at The University of Northumbria, Construction Project Management Consultants was incorporated, using this as a platform to provide external consultancy support to the industry, with specialism working for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Insurance companies and offering external senior management consultancy support to a wider range of clients.

A Masters post graduate degree in Building Surveying in 2011 again at The University of Northumbria.

Stephens professional experience includes, Building Surveying, Project Management, Procurement, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Landlord and Tenant Dilapidation claims and Legal Responsibility Compliance to both commercial and residential property. This experience has been used to act in senior management consultancy positions within Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Police Authorities on an interim basis dealing with stakeholders, internal management and external measured term contractors / internal direct labour organisations with monitoring and reporting of key parameters including Time, Cost, Quality and Safety.

Graham W Gate
BSc FRICS PgDipFM MBA

Graham originally studied as a General Practice commercial surveyor and worked initially in a commercial practice then later for  a major property holding company where he became head of the groups property, estates investment and facilities operations. Graham completed further degrees in facilities and business management and focused on corporate real estate  management / corporate asset management.
Graham now practices as an independent consultant supporting private clients directly along with national and international consulting firms.
Grahams professional experience includes Business Continuity Crisis and Risk Management and he is a member of the Institute of Asset Management and Chartered Management Institute.
His supporting role within Construction Project Management, covers commercial property management, particulary lease management, tenant obligations  and legal principles.

Graham also offers support in respect of strategic asset and facilities management at operational and strategic levels.
