New Home Inspections
Our quality control "Snagging" service offers an independent professional inspection to fully determine the quality of finish of your new home. Considering that the purchase of your new home is the largest investment you are likely to make, it makes sense to invest a small amount of money to obtain a professional and independent overview carried out by one of our Construction Professionals.
Levels of Inspections
Three Star ***
An inspection and report to yourself, plus a copy of the report sent to your developer. You can then follow up the report directly with your developer.
Four Star ****
As 3 star service, plus after care service from our technical department to help you work with your developer to have works completed
Five Star *****
As 3 and 4 star service plus our After Care services and a revisit inspection of remedial works.
Reports
A full Electronic-Report will be prepared and forwarded within 48 hours of inspection electronically via email, and hard copies posted along with all digital images supplied on CD.
